Wooden shoe birdhouse with engraving

They are provided with a hole for birds (blue tits). They are nicely sanded but do not receive any further treatment with paint. Make sure the nest box is clean. If there is brood in the box, clean it in the autumn by removing the old nest and rinsing the clog with hot (boiled) water.

 

The best time to hang the nest box is in the fall or late February. The blue tits can then get used to the house or use it as a winter residence until they start breeding in the spring.

 

Hang the wooden shoe birdhouse with engraving at a height of 2 to 3 meters, preferably with the opening to the east.
